Institutional Electronic Filing
If you are an institution filing on behalf of 10 or more accounts, you can submit your claim(s) electronically. No electronic files will be considered to have been properly submitted unless the Claims Administrator issues an email after processing your file with your claim numbers and respective account information. Do not assume that your file has been received or processed until you receive this email. If you do not receive such an email within 10 days of your submission, you should contact the electronic filing department at eclaim@gardencitygroup.com to inquire about your file and confirm it was received.
Please note that the deadline for submitting Proofs of Claim was December 8, 2010. Any Proof of Claim submitted after December 8, 2010 will be noted as a late claim, and if otherwise eligible, will be presented to the Court as such. If you wish to submit a Proof of Claim, it should be accompanied by a statement showing good cause for the late submission. It is in the discretion of counsel and the Court whether or not to accept any late claims.
