This Class Action Settlement involves shares of the nine mutual funds listed below, held any time between February 23, 1999 through February 17, 2004 (the "Class Period"). Each of these nine funds were part of the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series, now known as the Allianz Funds. This list includes alternative names by which the funds may also have been referred to during the Class Period.

  1. PEA Target Fund; also known as the Target Fund, the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series: PIMCO Equity Advisors Target Fund, the PIMCO Target Fund, and the PIMCO PEA Target Fund; now known as the Allianz OCC Target Fund or OCC Target Fund.


  2. PEA Innovation Fund; also known as the Innovation Fund, the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series: PIMCO Equity Advisors: Innovation Fund, the PIMCO Innovation Fund, and the PIMCO PEA Innovation Fund; now known as the Allianz RCM Technology Fund or RCM Technology Fund.


  3. PEA Opportunity Fund; also known as the Opportunity Fund, the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series: PIMCO Equity Advisors: Opportunity Fund, the PIMCO Opportunity Fund, and the PIMCO PEA Opportunity Fund; now known as the Allianz OCC Opportunity Fund or OCC Opportunity Fund.


  4. PIMCO International Fund; also known as the International Fund.


  5. PIMCO Precious Metals Fund; also known as the Precious Metals Fund.


  6. RCM International Growth Equity Fund; also known as the PIMCO RCM International Growth Equity Fund; now known as the Allianz RCM Disciplined International Equity Fund or the RCM Disciplined International Equity Fund.


  7. PEA Renaissance Fund; also known as the Renaissance Fund, the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series: PIMCO Equity Advisors: Renaissance Fund, the PIMCO Renaissance Fund, and the PIMCO PEA Renaissance Fund; now known as the Allianz NFJ Renaissance Fund or the NFJ Renaissance Fund.


  8. PEA Growth Fund; also known as the Growth Fund, the PIMCO Funds: Multi-Manager Series: PIMCO Equity Advisors: Growth Fund, the PIMCO Growth Fund, and the PIMCO PEA Growth Fund; now known as the Allianz OCC Growth Fund or the OCC Growth Fund.


  9. PIMCO International Growth Fund; also known as the International Growth Fund, the PIMCO Allianz Select International Fund and the PIMCO/Allianz Select International Fund.
