Distribution Details
The United States District Court for the District of Maryland approved the Mutual Fund Investment Litigation Allianz Sub-track on April 26, 2011.
Proof of Claims processing is currently ongoing. After all claims have been fully processed and the calculation of recognized claims is complete the Claims Administrator will distribute the Net Settlement Funds to Authorized Claimants according to the Plan of Allocation. A distribution date has not been determined at this time. Please be patient.
